Beginning work at age fifteen in the family restaurant business, Val developed useful skills in customer service and bookkeeping.  Working at a credit union provided valuable experience in the financial field, giving her a well-rounded perspective for serving SYM clients. 

Val enjoys working with others and meeting new faces.  She says she chooses to work at SYM for its strong ethics and structure.

Outside of working at SYM, Val is dedicated wife and mother. She is committed to earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance with plans to become a Certified Public Accountant.
